What is Remai?
Remai is a smart time management app with personalized AI. It analyzes your schedule, predicts risks, and suggests what matters most — an AI assistant that gets smarter every morning.
Is Remai free?
Yes! The Free plan is available forever with core features: AI Briefing (template), task management, gamification, 100% offline. Upgrade to Pro for personalized AI and unlimited features.
What languages does Remai support?
Remai currently supports Vietnamese and English. The app and AI Briefing are available in both languages.
Does it work offline?
Yes, 100% offline-first. Everything works without internet — task creation, schedule viewing, AI Briefing (template mode). Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.

How does AI Briefing work?
Every morning, AI analyzes your daily schedule — detects conflicts, identifies peak energy windows, and highlights your top priorities. It takes 10 seconds to read and saves 30 minutes of planning.
What's the AI difference between Free and Pro?
Free: Template-based AI — pre-built responses that work for everyone.
Pro: Real personalized AI — learns your habits, adapts suggestions to your unique patterns. Includes Voice Briefing and AI Coach.

What are 600 AI requests/month?
Each time you ask AI Coach or generate a Briefing counts as 1 request. 600 requests/month is roughly 20 per day — plenty for daily use. Free plan uses template AI with no request limits.

Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted during transit and stored locally on your device (offline-first). We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I transfer data to a new device?
Sign in with the same account on your new device. Data syncs automatically when connected to the internet. Free syncs 1 device, Pro supports up to 3 devices.

Forgot password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an OTP via email to verify and reset your password.
Can I change my email?
Email change is not supported at this time. If you need help with your account, please contact support.
Billing
How do I cancel Pro subscription?
Cancel anytime via iOS Settings: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Remai Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period. More billing help.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! 7-day free trial with full Pro features. No credit card required. After the trial, you automatically downgrade to Free — no charges.
