How do I cancel my Remai Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime via the App Store:
  • Open SettingsYour NameSubscriptions
  • Select Remai ProCancel Subscription
  • Or tap the Manage Subscription button above
After cancelling, you'll keep full Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed directly by Apple:
  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with Apple ID → Select transaction → Request refund
  • Apple reviews within 48 hours
Remai doesn't process refunds directly — all through Apple.
How do I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Change your billing cycle in the App Store:
  • SettingsYour NameSubscriptionsRemai Pro
  • Select new plan (Monthly or Yearly)
The price difference will be prorated based on remaining time.
Is the 7-day trial free?
Yes. The 7-day trial is completely free:
  • No credit card required
  • Full Pro features for 7 days
  • After trial ends, auto-downgrade to Free — no charges
Your data is preserved when switching to Free.
Not receiving Pro features after payment?
Try these steps:
  • Check Internet — network required to verify transaction
  • Restart the app — fully close then reopen
  • Restore Purchases — go to Settings → Restore
  • Subscription may take up to 24h to sync
If still not working, contact support.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device, then:
  • Open Remai → SettingsSubscription
  • Tap Restore Purchases
Pro will activate automatically. Note: Free syncs 1 device, Pro supports up to 3.
What are the regional prices for Remai Pro?
Remai has region-based pricing:
  • US / EU / JP / KR: $7.99/month | $59.99/year
  • Southeast Asia (VN, TH, ID, PH): $4.99/month | $39.99/year
  • India: $2.99/month | $24.99/year
Yearly plan saves 30–37% compared to monthly.
