By using Remai, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Downloading, installing, or using Remai means you accept these terms. We may update the terms over time — continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Service Description

Remai is a personal AI productivity assistant on iOS, providing:

  • Smart schedule and task management
  • AI Coach, AI Briefing, AI Recap
  • Voice Assistant — voice-based interaction
  • Goal tracking and gamification (XP, streaks, levels)
  • Offline-first operation with end-to-end encrypted sync

3. Account Requirements

  • Apple ID to sign up
  • iOS 17.0 or later device
  • 13 years of age or older

4. Starter Plan (Free)

The Starter plan includes:

  • AI Coach, Briefing, Recap (Template)
  • 30-day schedule history
  • Up to 10 projects
  • 1 device
  • Dark / Light theme
  • 100% Offline

5. Pro Plan (Subscription)

Price: $4.99/month or $39.99/year. 7-day free trial included.

The Pro plan includes all Starter features, plus:

  • AI Coach, Briefing, Recap (Real AI)
  • Unlimited schedule history
  • Unlimited projects
  • Sync across 3 devices
  • Full palette + accent colors
  • 600 AI requests/month
  • 90-day AI history

6. Subscription Terms

  • Auto-renewal: Subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
  • Refunds: Managed by Apple per App Store refund policy
  • Free trial: 7-day free trial for Pro, cancel anytime during the trial period

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Spam or abuse AI features
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or decrypt the app
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

8. Intellectual Property

Remai, the logo, brand name, and interface design are our intellectual property. Content you create in the app (tasks, goals, etc.) belongs to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Remai is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee:

  • The app will operate continuously without errors
  • AI results will always be accurate or appropriate
  • Data will never be lost (however we make maximum efforts to protect it)

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via the app when significant changes occur. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
